Job Description

From the CISO to the analyst, Exabeam helps security teams outsmart the odds by adding intelligence to their existing security tools – including SIEMs, XDRs, cloud data lakes and hundreds of other business and security products. Successful track record in leading and scaling a team focused on net new sales and driving revenue growth.  Ideally someone familiar with the SIEM / Security market and managing sellers who call on CISO / SOC decision makers. Candidates should be based: in or around Chicago, St. Louis, Kansas City, Columbus, or Detroit.
 
 

Responsibilities

      • Align sales resources to achieve targeted revenue / growth plans
      • Lead, coach, support, motivate individuals to meet and ideally exceed their sales objectives
      • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue streams accurately and insuring team members maintain consistent, accurate sales pipelines / forecasts
      • Recruit and manage sales team members to ensure goals are met
      • Guide team members to utilize a high-results sales process
      • Identify developmental needs and help team members achieve personal and professional goals.
      • Provide feedback to the executive team on the regional territories and market opportunities and input on overall growth strategy
      • Work collectively with Sales Engineering organization to maximize teaming and cohesion to maximize success.
      • Work closely with Channels organization to ensure maximum cohesion / traction with ecosystem partners.
 

Qualifications

    • 8+ years of related sales experience, 2+ years of management and leadership experience
    • Demonstrated success leading and managing an enterprise sales team and exceeding team quotas
    • Security/SaaS/Cloud Software Experience with a preference to those with knowledge of SEIM or closely related industry knowledge
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to align and foster positive working relationships across the organization (internal and external)
    • Ability to accurately analyze a sales pipeline and forecast 
    • Act as an elevation point for strategic alignment and enhance positioning in key accounts
    • Ability to effectively operate in fast paced, evolving environment
    • Strategic and analytical thinking skills
    • Experience using CRM/Salesforce
    • Bachelor's degree in related field
    • Must live in region
