Binti is reinventing foster care through technology.  We are a Series A stage mission-driven tech company. We partner with state and county governments and build software for social workers and families that helps drive real outcomes for children. We’ve helped approve over 17,000 families to foster and adopt children, and used by nearly 5,000 social workers to improve daily workflows.  
The Role
The SDR will provide key support to the Business Development team, working closely with Account Executives and the Director of Business Development. Work cross-functionally with other teams from Account Management to Product. The SDR will plan and execute strategies to identify and follow-up on qualified leads & a variety of projects to help build the sales pipeline.     • Working closely with the Account Executives, take ownership of lead generation tasks
    • Coordinate logistics of virtual and on-site outreach events
    • Come up with and execute creative and productive outreach methods to generate new leads and effectively connect them with the Account Executives and other members of the Business Development team
    • In collaboration with the Business Development team, ensure that all stages of the sales process are tracked in the CRM; assist with analysis of sales leads and pipeline dynamics to assist in maximizing sales opportunities
    • Conduct research on prospective sales opportunities, and strategize with the team on how to best follow-up on new opportunities
    • Coordinate logistics, tracking and follow-up for virtual and in-person conferences, including on-site logistics and providing/coordinating coverage at the conference booth, finalizing conference materials and ensuring that leads are tracked and pursued

Experience & Skills

    • At least 1 year of sales experience preferred - this is an opportunity to build sales and leadership skills on a small collaborative team.
    • Commitment to Binti’s mission to enhance opportunities for all and provide a permanent, safe home or all foster youth
    • Strong project management skills. Experience managing large and complex projects and successfully tracking processes
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a wide array of diverse stakeholders

    • Experience in lead generation and outreach
    • Flexibility and initiative in generating and executing new strategies and ideas
