We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Sr Director who is a creative, analytical, and empathetic leader with a proven track record in marketing strategy, campaign execution, storytelling, connections planning, and team development. In addition to building out and leading the IMC, Social, Content, Community, and Communications teams, you’ll partner with Brand, Creative, Digital & Physical Product, Medical, Data Science, Finance, Supply Chain, and more to deliver everything from one-offs, evergreen programs, and full 360-campaigns. Your measure of success? Driving business value through brand performance. 

Responsibilities:

    • Design, recruit, and nurture a winning integrated marketing organization. 
    • Own the development of integrated marketing and campaign strategy and achieve buy-in both in and out of your team. 
    • Implement activation of both evergreen channels & programs and one-off projects & campaigns aligned to marketing and business strategy. 
    • Develop and implement marketing programs and campaigns that meet specific marketing objectives from awareness to brand love.
    • Dive deep into market, competitor, and macro trend insights to set up foundational understanding that leads to outsized success. 
    • Identify areas of opportunity in our marketing playbook to drive customer funnel conversion, continuously adding and experimenting with new connection points while solidifying proven channels. 
    • Bring expertise in house and build our internal muscles vs relying on outside agency talent. 
    • Maintain an open, inclusive, flexible, and results-driven team culture that drives value and grows each individual.
    • Manage budget and forecasting, including analysis and detailed metrics between spend and performance, providing recommendations on how best to capture ROI.

Skills & Experience:

    • Led an integrated marketing team. From that experience, you have proven you can flow between strategy and execution, defining and driving vision while executing on the tactical activation, meeting timing, objectives, and budget.
    • Curiosity and passion for continuous learning that drives constant improvement in yourself and your team. 
    • Ability to foster connections thinking to challenge teams to not only create amazing campaigns, but also think equally about where these campaigns will come to life and how they will live in the eco-systems where consumers play.
    • Experience with paid media across analog and digital channels. 
    • Success bringing paid and collaborative partnerships to life which moved the brand forward. 
    • Analytical prowess that drives you to assess behavior and performance, track and understand the right data, and convert these to insights that lead to further improvement of the organization. 
    • Team player who can collaborate and inspire cross functionally. 
    • Can be assertive and move with urgency while practicing servant leadership and perpetuating a culture of respect. 
    • Proven ability to develop, retain, and grow top talent. 
    • 12+ years of consumer marketing experience w/ 5+ years of managerial experience in integrated marketing.
