What You’ll Do

The Entertainment Brand Coordinator is a crucial player who goes the extra mile to drive ABG’s Entertainment business. You are a high-energy go-getter that will join our Celebrity and Entertainment Brand Management Team.  As Coordinator, you’ll play an essential role in the day-to-day management of our Living Legends and ICONS, including Muhammad Ali, Marilyn Monroe, and Elvis Presley.  From preparing reports and supporting licensing partners to assisting with removing counterfeit products from the market, you help keep the Entertainment business running smoothly.

What you’ll be working on

  • Support the fulfillment of daily requests from licensees, including certificates of insurance, custom letters, brand portfolios, and tax certifications
  • Compile, prepare, and deliver brand performance data including royalty reports, financials based on territory, distribution channel, or category
  • Analyze statistics from existing licensing partners including retail sales, best-selling SKU’s, and Name/Image/Likeness deals to capitalize on brand popularity
  • Assist licensees via ABG legal team to remove all counterfeit product from the marketplace by compiling proof of licensees’ product and unauthorized retailers
  • Assist the legal team in acquiring and compiling information about our brand trademarks and copyrights when proof of ownership is challenged by trademark or copyright laws
  • Fulfill licensee requests as needed and directed by Brand Managers; move quickly and provide licensees with high-quality service and support
  • Attend meetings with licensing partners and prepare minutes and summaries as requested

Must Haves:

  • You are a recent college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and you have completed two internships with fast-paced, rapid-growth companies
  • You are good with numbers and possess strong Excel skills, and if you don’t know how to do something, you do what it takes to figure it out.
  • You are highly analytical and have experience performing business analysis and telling a story with data
  • You are helpful and supportive by nature and are ready and willing to jump in and get your hands dirty with a moment’s notice
  • You are intellectually curious, especially about celebrity and entertainment brands and how to monetize them
