Job Description

Xenex Disinfection Services is looking for a passionate Sr. Sales Enablement Manager to help further Xenex's competitive edge and continue our mission to save lives and reduce suffering by destroying the deadly microorganisms that  may cause infections. Xenex's patented services and solutions help facilities eliminate pathogens missed during manual cleaning and assist in infection control programs and efforts to reduce environmental contamination. OVERVIEW:

The Sr. Sales Enablement Manager plays an essential role in managing a team of inside sales executives responsible for providing essential support to the business. The SSEM will be charged with our Account Executive Sales Training program, lead generation and qualification, remote demonstrations of our products, plus individual sales. This individual should ensure strategic alignment across sales, sales operations/analytics, and marketing functions, and will work collaboratively with these functions to transform business processes into a comprehensive training and inside sales function. As a Sr. Sales Enablement Manager for Xenex you will be responsible for the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifying prospects
  • Targeting prospects with campaigns
  • Engaging prospects
  • Qualifying leads
  • Developing new opportunities
  • Closing deals
  • Supporting our clients
  • Training sales team
  • Reporting

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Communication, Healthcare Management or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of learners
  • Demonstrated proficiency in building logical and concise presentations
  • Extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process and buyer’s journey alignment
  • Experience successfully serving as a national or regional-level trainer in hospitals..
  • Knowledge of sales management best practices
  • Demonstrated extensive experience implementing a complex, multi-faceted program with clients from concept to completion
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
  • Familiarity with traditional and non-traditional training methods (mentoring, coaching, in-classroom training, demonstrations, meetings, e-learning, simulations, etc.) 
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
