Job Description
Join us in creating compelling, memorable brands through outstanding concepting and writing. We are seeking a talented and creative Copywriter with impeccable writing skills and a quick ability to interpret client needs. Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled and imaginative writer with a keen eye for detail and an intuitive sense for how to communicate with and engage talent. Our Copywriters are experts in researching and articulating employer value propositions – building solid employer brands and communicating through a range of media and collateral outlets, as well as on websites, social media and marketing support materials
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Writing clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice
- Driving the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication
- Understanding different language styles that appeal to various target markets and talent pools
- Developing and maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice
- Interpreting briefs to understand project requirements
- Collaborating with designers, branding and client teams at various points in projects to determine needs
- Attending and participating in client meetings, presentations (both internal and external), and brainstorming sessions
- Conducting high-quality research and interviews
- Working with internal teams to review creative strategies, develop concepts and provide creative lead on proposed projects
- Editing and proofreading as needed

- Strong research skills
- Ability to listen carefully and articulate creatively
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- BS/BA in marketing, English, journalism or a related field
- Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition/human resources communications related projects a plus
