About Your Work:

    Develop radar-based solutions for cooperative adaptive cruise control (CACC), static obstacle detection, side and rear occupancy detection, and similar applications.

    Select and test radar hardware for integration into ARC prototypes and products.

    Develop detection and tracking algorithms and work with software engineers to implement them.

    Participate in vehicle testing activities and measure performance in real-world deployments.

    Monitor industry trends and establish partnerships with vendors.

About You:

    B.S. in electrical/electronics engineering, Physics, or similar field.

    3+ years experience developing automotive radar applications, preferably adaptive cruise control (ACC).

    Familiar with state of the art automotive radar applications: Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Automated Emergency Braking (AEB), Blind Spot Detection (BSD), and similar.

    Familiar with underlying physics of radar technology.

    Familiar with radar testing principles and techniques, e.g. radar test benches and soft crash targets.

Nice to Haves:

    An advanced degree in the aforementioned fields.

    Familiar with functional safety principles, e.g. ISO 26262.
