The role:
Identify, comprehend and clearly articulate clients' requirements to generate an end-to-end advertising solution
Assist team in building social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn & YouTube for world’s leading brands mapped to their business needs
Analyse clients’ performance and prescribe methodologies for optimal budget management, faster growth, higher conversions and greater ads reach
Provide an effective reporting mechanism for highlighting prime metrics and key performance indicators
Identify opportunities for increased efficiency for clients and provide subject matter expertise on best fit across message, media & channel
Work with clients to improve the paid service itself and its alignment with client’s core business
Actively make sure you are knowledgeable on native channel’s ad products package
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified
3+ years of experience in Execution of Paid Social. This is a hands-on role and the experience should include:
Running Ads across Facebook/IG, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social media channels
Devising media plan for advertising across social channels
Working on third part tracking tools like DCM, Google analytics etc.
Extensive knowledge in devising and leveraging custom audience in ads targeting
Performed Paid/Owned/Earned analysis to improve ads targeting and ROI
Development and implementation of social marketing strategies to optimise the social user experience
Worked in Agency or/and worked on Social Media Platform or a managed In-House Brand
Working on Campaign Management platforms and Ad Tech tools (4C, Sprinklr, Kenshoo, Adobe, etc.)
Social media ads certifications, like Facebook Blueprint, Google AdWords, etc.

Strong technical background with advanced computer skills
Ability to work independently with the client
Extremely strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously
Fluency in social media platforms and direct experience in working with or for social media
management software is preferred
Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight
Professional certification granted by leading social platform is a plus
