Job Description
Signiant is seeking a Product Manager to join its team in Ottawa, ON. This position will report to our Chief Product Officer and will be responsible for the successful deployment of our enterprise products and tools that some of the largest global media and entertainment companies rely upon every day to move petabytes of high value content between people, systems and the cloud.
This role requires a detail-oriented candidate with strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will also be a self-starter with a technical background, ideally with Enterprise SaaS experience.
Responsibilities:
- Create Agile User Stories for customer facing and non-functional requirements
- Oversee product lifecycle management
- Work closely with product managers, development, SRE, support, and customer success to ensure functionality is released according to schedule
- Manage the product backlog functionalities and priorities
- Communicate with cross functional teams in preparation for new releases
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of Product Management experience preferred, but will consider candidates with Customer Support or Sales Engineering experience who are looking to make a career change
- Experience with F1000 customers
- Agile development environments
- Enterprise SaaS highly desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience identifying business problems and coming up with creative innovative solutions
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
