Role and Responsibilities
The finance associate role will oversee the day to day finance responsibilities for a portfolio of renovations that need to be delivered at high performance, as well as help to improve consistency, quality, and speed of renovations. Renovations are a high stakes experience for homeowners, and a highly detailed process for design and construction professionals. The ideal candidate will leverage their impeccable attention to detail to deliver a high quality renovation experience for clients.
Key day-to-day responsibilities include: 
  • Creating and sending all client invoices and contractor payments. 
  • Working with client operations to answer any financial related questions
  • Contributing to monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Think creatively about how to optimize the administrative process
  • Help develop systems and tools to improve the administrative process


Qualifications
  • Familiarity with payment processes and financial tools (e.g. Stripe, Recognition methods, and Sales Tax processes)
  • Highly organized and maniacal about detail
  • Positive, helpful and supportive - willing to take on any task, no matter how big or small
  • Strong communication and relationship development skills
  • Highly ambitious and goal-oriented
  • Demonstrates Company Philosophies in how they work
  • Able to build for long term, but also able to find efficient short-term solutions
