Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Center is looking for Bilingual Patient Service Representatives to assist our Customer Service Team!
The Bilingual Patient Service Representatives are responsible for timely and professional communication with the patients and clients. This includes providing accurate information regarding services, appointments and the facilities.

Position Requirements
High School Diploma/ GED
2 to 3 years of customer service experience preferably in a call center environment or high-volume physician office setting.
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills along with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Computer skills to include word processing and spreadsheet.
