Description
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the Lufa Farms warehouse maintenance, general help, loading dock area and facility cleaning. This role will involve building processes and procedures to achieve operational improvements. These improvements will be related to basket and facility cleaning, organizing the warehouse storage and assets, managing traffic and loading dock operations among other tasks. This role will involve people management, including coordinating and coaching the team throughout the process and implementation of improvements. The Facilities Manager will be in charge of maintaining the condition of the warehouse, planning and implementing new layouts as required, and making sure all equipment is maintained and working properly to ensure timely dispatch of the orders. The Facilities Manager will also be responsible for integrating the use of automated and computerized systems into the current process and will need a deep understanding of how these systems function.
Requirements
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to manage people (management experience of all levels welcome to apply);
- Multitasker;
- Good knowledge of Google Suite, and comfortable using various inventory management softwares.

Schedule
- 10:00 am to 10:00 pm x 3.5 days per week including one weekend day.
