The position is for Ahead (a Truepill portfolio company):
You will be part of a fast growing venture backed startup and will have ownership of projects from the ground up.
You will roadmap, launch, and oversee analytical and operational initiatives while working on cross-functional projects across operations, inventory management, fulfillment, shipping, and strategic expansion planning. You will organize existing operational processes and implement new ones, oversee escalations, and take on new roles as business needs evolve.
Communication Skills: You have great communication skills and feel comfortable with tracking and communication with internal and external partners, customers, and suppliers.
Metrics and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present data. Develop and maintain metrics and reports that assist in managing business operations. Develop reporting that monitors progress against goals and objectives.
Project Management: Maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedules. Collaborate effectively across teams to define timelines and deliverables.
