About The Role

Behavox’s Account Executives are responsible for closing both new business and cross-sell deals. 

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will create and execute strategies to bring the world’s largest and fastest-growing companies into Behavox’s rapidly-growing customer portfolio. You will identify and map key stakeholders, with the goal of attaining buy-in from the most senior stakeholders. You will become a trusted advisor for every product you sell, obtaining knowledge on product and market that will truly benefit your customers’ pain.  You will forecast and prescribe next steps with mutual action plans, leveraging the Behavox deal team to accelerate deal cycles. You will design multi-year solutions and negotiate key action items.

Ideal candidate profile

  • Highly disciplined with an inspired work ethic;
  • Trusted advisor willing to ask the difficult questions;
  • Flawless communication skills, both written and oral; 
  • Deep knowledge of the enterprise software market or the ability to learn new software quickly; 
  • Thrives in challenging situations; and
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.

Promising candidates will be invited to meet the Behavox team and deliver a presentation. Those who demonstrate the highest potential will be invited for a final executive-level interview.
