Job Description
Role Purpose:
Greensill is looking to appoint a Director for US Hedge Fund Sales to work in our New York office.
This role entails identifying, managing and developing Capital Markets / Fixed Income investor relationships in the Americas with a focus on Hedge Funds and specialized asset managers.
Responsibilities:
- Build out Greensill’s Capital Markets investor network across the hedge fund client base in the Americas
- Identify investor candidate institutions and effectively market Greensill asset class and investment ideas
- Collaborate with Greensill teams in other regions and divisions to ensure delivery of consistent service to investors
- Coordinate with Syndicate to manage deal sounding process with respect to transaction feedback and market colour
- Develop and guide junior colleagues within the team and around the firm
Skills and Abilities:
- 10+ years experience with fixed income markets and asset sales to Hedge Funds
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Proven track record of building new books of business
- Experience selling risk assets across the capital structure
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Creative thinker with an understanding of the market in which Greensill operates and the ability to see opportunities to broaden our market reach
