We are building out a newly formed Inside Sales organization in Denver, CO and we are seeking tenacious team members to join our team. If you are excited about sales, joining a fast growing organization, are ready to roll up your sleeves to support in the build out of a new team while performing at the highest level, look no further.  
 
Here is what you'll do as part of the team:
  • You will work closely with the Manager Inside Sales to close new business 
  • Build out demand generation campaigns to support the development and growth of inside sales
  • Consistently achieve your sales performance targets (Quota) 
  • Deliver consistent sales activity and prospecting, representing the Apartment List way
  • Generate, build and grow relationships between Apartment List and rental properties
  • Work cross-functionally with all functions at Apartment List to ensure a highly productive and performing
Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be successful:
  • 1-2 years experience with a track record of success in Inside Sales or Sales Development at a technology company and/or company selling to consumers
  • Familiar with the Multifamily industry and can build additional relationships within those circles
  • Proven success in sales, hitting and exceeding your goals
  • Detail-oriented, competitive, have a “can-do” attitude and consistently take the initiative to make things better for your clients and your team
  • Experience with Salesforce, and the ability to learn our proprietary tools and technologies
