We are looking for an ambitious marketer and strategist that will deep-dive into how our customers use BetterCloud to create campaigns that systematically support customers in achieving maximum value while recommending complementary products. Passion for customer success and customer experience technology is key. The successful candidate will join a marketing organization that is smart, scrappy, authentic and innovative.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, campaign management and customer analytics 
  • You are tech savvy and proficient with Excel
  • Strong analytical skills, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills
  • Knowledge of Tableau a plus
  • You have knowledge of Pendo, or other product analytics and in-app campaign platforms
  • You are organized and able to work on both long-term projects and requests requiring a quick turnaround
  • You are capable of turning large sets of data into actionable insights
  • You love working cross functionally and globally to support the broader team’s goals
  • You’re curious, insightful, and are a detail-oriented operator who can see the big picture
  • You’re organized and can manage multiple concurrent projects
  • You thrive in ambiguity and have a knack for distilling an idea into an actionable plan
  • You are adept at change management

Responsibilities

  • Own the ideation, development, execution, and optimization of all our customer marketing campaigns designed to increase customer adoption and net retention. These include all campaigns targeted at customer retention and upsell 
  • Analyze customer adoption and campaign results to develop insights and campaign recommendations to drive net retention 
  • Communicate and present findings and conclusions to stakeholders in non-technical language
  • Identification of target audiences by working cross-functionally with other teams to gather insights which will improve targeting efforts and generate buy-in for targeting decisions
  • Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless marketing campaign delivery; including database targeting & data quality
  • Ensure all campaigns are set up and executed according to appropriate specifications
  • Ensure that disparate customer marketing projects are linked in terms of data, processes, skills, and deployment methods
  • Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories
  • Own our customer surveys (i.e. NPS) and all customer feedback channels (i.e. G2Crowd)  to build social proof and improve the product feedback loop
