Job Description
Mad Street Den is looking for Sales Development Representatives with 1-2 years of experience in sales who can initiate significant and meaningful conversations. We are building a range of exciting products using artificial intelligence and are looking for result-driven individuals to nurture potential prospects who have shown interest in our products through our sales/marketing channels.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the product features, thereby creating compelling pitches and connecting the potential prospect’s needs to our solutions
- Set up follow-through meetings/calls for these opportunities with our sales account executives
- Deliver engaging conversations and actively listen to potential customers, provide clarification, and ask the right questions to understand their requirements
- Track and report to the sales manager on the funnel conversion, and audit the effectiveness of the conversations regularly
- Ideate, research, and propose continuous improvements to the existing processes
You must have:
- 1-2 years of experience handling sales prospects in a B2B product environment or a similar role
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreaches
- Should be open to working in rotational shifts
