At LookingGlass Cyber Solutions, we see a world where intelligence-driven risk mitigation is the norm and networks defend themselves against cyber threats. Now we are looking for a Project Manager to support leading technology modernization projects from inception to operations.
We are looking for candidates who are detailed-oriented, resourceful, results-driven, and able to multi-task and prioritize activities that meet deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing projects for a wide variety of Cybersecurity and Intelligence solutions as well as excellent relationship-building, written and oral communication skills.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Manages and prioritizes customer focused activities, understands existing and new Client Mission use cases, and facilitates successful customer engagements, pilots, exercises, or product/service evaluations.
- Provide technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned projects, including contract and subcontractor management
- Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality
- Develop the overall project plan and manage project operations
- Manage the project stakeholders, team, risk, schedule, budget, and conflicts
- Ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget and with quality by leveraging matrixed project teams.
- Ensure team members know and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members
- Coordinate resolution of production-related problems
Qualifying Requirements:
- Experience in managing extensive client interactions and providing detailed status/progress for the projects on an as-needed basis
- Knowledge of technology product offerings and experience with hardware, software, and software development methodologies
- Experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule, financial monitoring, and reporting
- Experience with ensuring appropriate project communication is occurring on an on-going basis with internal and external stakeholders
- Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and persuade customers, employees, and management at all levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment
- Highly proficient in MS Office programs, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- TS / SCI with Polygraph is required
Education / Training Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' experience in project management of a similar sized and staffed program, or Associate’s Degree and 4 years’ of related experience.
- PMP (Project Manager Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification desired
