Job Description

What We Need

An Account Executive for our Direct Practice sales team. You will work closely with new prospects to educate them on the Kareo product offerings and help them grow their business through the addition of our software solutions.

Your Area of Focus

  • Work with company-provided leads through phone calls, e-mails, and, Go-to-meeting video conferences for all stages of the selling process
  • Lead product demonstrations with prospects with the ability to address need specific questions
  • Exceed quota every month by mastering our value proposition and sales process
  • Manage sales pipeline with an ability to tailor your strategy based on the relationships you have built
  • Work cross functionally throughout the organization to ensure a best in class experience throughout the customer life cycle (from the first phone call through sending and signing contracts)
  • Work closely with marketing and participate in company sponsored events and trade shows, both virtually and in person

 

Your Professional Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle selling experience, ideally at a software company
  • A hunter mentality with the desire to beat and raise your goals
  • Personal drive and focus to support our customers in healthcare
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce or a similar CRM system, with the drive and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large task lists without losing sight of any important items like relationship building, follow-ups, and project management tasks
  • Ability to provide high quality customer service
  • A background in healthcare company or selling software as a service products
