As a software engineer at Alt, you will help build out our core platform and data pipelines that will allow our users to research, manage, insure, and leverage their alternative asset portfolio. We are very early in the building phase so you will be instrumental in laying the foundation at Alt and will have the opportunity to shape the product and culture from the beginning.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design, and implement new end-to-end functionality
• Contribute to codebases using technologies like Python, Typescript, Airflow, Postgres, etc
• Perform detailed code reviews and provide technical mentorship to engineers
• Architect core parts of our infrastructure from the ground up
• Work closely with designers and product managers to solve ambiguous user challenges
