At our goal is to offer the best air cargo booking experience. We do that through a great product and great service to our customers and partners. Our customers, freight forwarders, are also B2B – they work with shippers such as Tesla or Apple. As they depend on us to provide a great experience to their own customers, it’s essential that we have their backs at all times. As a Customer Support agent at, your role will be to deliver happiness to our customers.  

We believe customer support plays a key role in the success of By creating great experiences for our customers, you create champions that will generate repeat business and new customers through word of mouth.

This position is remote. The caveat is that you must be based within one of the listed countries here for us to be able to employ you remotely.

What you’ll be doing?

        Support our customers through email, live chat (Intercom) and phone.
        Build relationships with our customers and partners to be our best salesperson and marketeer.
        Advocate for our customers and be their voice inside our organization.
        Work closely with the Product and Airline Partnerships teams to improve the user experience.
        Contribute to the continuous development of our customer support function.

What you’ll need

        You’re just great with people.
        You have a service-mindset, are empathetic and know how to listen.
        You have a positive attitude and know how to navigate your way even in situations of uncertainty.
        You’re curious and actively seek new ways  to develop yourself.
        You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
        You enjoy working remotely and are based in a timezone with no more than + 3 hours difference from Berlin.
        You’re fluent in English plus, either Dutch, French or Italian.
        Ideally you’ve had a first experience at a fast-paced startup or similar environment.
