Our products are built on Windows .NET and SQL Server and managed in AWS. Our web Ux stack is built on jQuery and some areas use AngularJS. Our middle tier is in C# and we build our infrastructure on an extensive set of Restful APIs. We build native iOS and Android apps, and are starting to experiment with Flutter and Dart. For select infrastructure components we use Python extensively, and use Tableau for analytics dashboards. We use Redshift, Aurora, Redis Elasticache, Lambda, and other AWS products to build and manage our complete service, moving towards serverless components. We deal with billions of API calls, millions of records in databases, and terabytes of data to be managed with all services we build that have to run 24x7 at 99.99% availability.
Requirements
What will I be doing?
Be the quality assurance owner of payment processing and financial services in the Zenoti product
Manage a team of quality assurance engineers and be responsible for their career growth
Develop test strategies, review test plans/cases, automate, release and maintain components of Zenoti
Collaborate with a team of PM, DEV, and QA to release features
Work in a team following agile development practices (SCRUM)
Build usable software, released at high quality, runs at scale and is adopted by customers
Scale testing to handle defect free releases while managing 2x ~ 4x growth every year, and testing code that has to deal with millions of records, and terabytes of data
Release new features into production every month, and get real feedback from thousands of customers to refine your designs
Own quality for mission-critical product capabilities
Be proud of what you work on, obsess about the quality of the work you produce
What skills do I need?
8+ years of experience in testing and automating testing for web applications
2+ years of experience in managing teams and being responsible for their career growth
2+ years of recent experience in testing products and infrastructure related to payments
Demonstrated experience in building and working with test frameworks and simulators for large-scale financial services or payments systems
Proficient in working with Microsoft SQL Server
Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer empathy and ability to handle customers sensitively in escalated situations
Can work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, startup environment
