The Partner Success Manager works with our global community of Partners managing and supporting the day to day delivery activities associated with the sale and implementation of our products. The Partner Success Manager supports the initial setup and planning of each strategic partnership defining a plan for success to achieve desired outcomes. The Partner Success Manager is responsible for ensuring successful onboarding and delivery enablement activities are completed successfully for each assigned partner including continuous monitoring of partner performance, consultant growth and expertise in our products, partner project success, and customer referenceability.
The Partner Success Manager is expected to be a seasoned professional with prior experience in a delivery leadership role with prior exposure to the workforce management industry.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the WorkForce Sales team, create strategic relationships with partners’ delivery leaders; providing advice, support, and solutions, enabling them to achieve success with our products
- Drive successful partner relationships, working strategically with our partners and internal WFS consultants to provide guidance on project scoping, estimation, solution design, resourcing, skills assessment, risk mitigation, and escalation management
- Facilitate successful on-boarding of new Partners establishing key metrics to drive accountability as well as a a culture of continuous growth and success of the partnership
- Develop partner enablement plans that develop strong expertise in our products while taking into account Partner business goals, existing consultant expertise, and organizational constraints
- Work closely with our partners’ delivery teams to ensure successful implementations of our products and provide a single point of success to identify risks early driving mitigation plans with our partners and internal WFS delivery teams to resolve issues and reduce customer impact.
- Conduct regular business reviews to monitor health of the partnership as well as growth towards achieving defined success metrics
- Coach our Partners on best practices and assisting them when working with WFS delivery and support teams
- Partner with Sales team on issues including partner contracting, project scoping and implementation review
Requirements
- 3-5+ years prior experience working in a professional services leadership role working with 3rd party implementation teams delivering software solutions to customers
- Five years of consulting experience implementing global enterprise solutions
- Experience working in the workforce management industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex issues to multi-level audiences throughout the company and customer executives.
- Ability to balance both Analytic and Creative problem solving
- Knowledgeable of and understands common implementation principles and lifecycle
- Capability to exercise mature judgement
- Excellent customer relationship management and business acumen
- Strong persuasion skills
Travel
- Ability to travel up to 50-60%, with potential for international travel
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
