We are looking for highly energetic, self-starting, proactive champions with proven track record of exceeding targets to join our SDR team. You’ll be one of the key players in the team responsible for building Ally as we are on pace to achieve our rocketspeed goals.
What opportunity you get as an SDR at Ally?
- You’ll be on the hot seat talking to CXO’s & VP’s of fast growing organisations; generating interests and in turn creating qualified sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads generated from Marketing campaigns and schedule demos for Account Executives.
- Contact potential prospects through cold calls & cold emails; generate interests and convert them as qualified sales opportunities.
- Consistently achieve & exceed quota to ensure net new pipeline addition contributing ultimately to revenue growth of the business.
- A performance oriented sales team that focuses on high growth; celebrates success, learns & improves from failures; constantly striving to improve standards every single day.
What we expect you to have?
- Highly passionate about learning & growing in sales, self driven, proactive and motivated individual.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven work experience as an SDR or similar Inside Sales role that involves prospecting, for a minimum of 12 months.
- Knowledge about using a CRM; Linkedin knowledge is a plus.
- Passionate about technology and curiosity to understand different prospecting tools.
