Job Description
Chairish is looking for an FP&A Manager to lead FP&A function and help shape the future of our company. We’re growing quickly and looking for a key hire to help us widen our lead in the industry. In partnership with Finance leadership, the role will lead all budgeting, forecasting, and partnering with key stakeholders in the business. You’ll handle everything from the company operating model to assisting with board meetings and everything in between. You’re someone who understands the need for a solid financial foundation and who is able to work closely with all of the department heads to create better strategies and decisions.
Responsibilities:

Company-wide budgeting and forecasting while partnering with department heads to ensure accuracy, efficient spending, and decision making rooted in data

Maintain and improve corporate financial forecast model

Provide information on plan/targets and results to stakeholders with insightful analyses

Continuously improve reporting frameworks, tools and processes to ensure access to timely, accurate and actionable data

Ad-hoc analysis for departmental leads, providing insight on budget vs actuals, performance, and operational optimization

Help develop Chairish’s strategic direction with exceptional business modeling and analysis

Assist with board meetings, fundraising and investor presentations, financial due diligence
Your Experience:

4+ years in finance and/or business operations roles (technology/high growth experience preferred)

Self-starter with ability to seek out and interpret data to drive decision making

Excellent communicator who will successfully manage relationships, particularly among our marketing, sales, and operations departments

Best practices are second-nature, your models are efficient, dynamic, scalable, and intuitive - you can handle complexity but strive for simplicity
