To support our ambitious growth in international territories, we are looking for an International PPC Manager who will help drive the Group forwards on its exciting journey.

The International PPC Manager will work within the Performance Linguistics department to oversee the translation and creation of localised content across Group websites, supported by our sister company Fluently. Working closely with the Group Divisions, you will also be responsible for auditing international sites to develop international PPC strategy. You will manage a team of native speakers of various languages, as well as overseeing their PPC training and development. You are highly motivated and enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are able to work in a methodical and structured manner with a keen eye for detail.

Leading the day to day operations of the International PPC Team
Receiving and approving international briefs from the Divisions, delegating tasks to your team members and ensuring the work is delivered on time and to a high standard
Overseeing the output of the International PPC Team, including reporting, market research, keyword research, content production and translation
Working with our sister company Fluently to outsource translation of key website content for PPC performance where needed
Overseeing and delivering the training and development of the International PPC Team
Auditing the Group’s international websites to provide recommendations to develop international PPC strategy
Monitoring the impact of international PPC performance across Group websites, reporting to the relevant Divisions


Minimum of 4 years PPC experience, particularly within e-commerce
Experience of training and managing junior team members
Proficient user of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
You stay calm under pressure and can deliver quality work within tight deadlines
You have strong organisational and interpersonal skills
Foreign language skills would also be advantageous
