Wix.com’s mobile group - we develop the Wix mobile app, enabling our users to manage their business from the convenience of their mobile phone, anytime and anywhere. Our group consists of 100+ mobile developers spread across 30+ teams working independently on the same mobile application. We create fun, beautiful products that have a meaningful impact on millions of people around the world.

You are:
A developer with at least 4 years’ experience in programming, creating, executing and analyzing automatic tests, using mobile or web automation tools like Detox, Sled, Appium, Selenium, Robot Framework, Open Test, etc. You value code quality, coding standards, testing tools and the importance of using a state-of-the-art automation FW as part of your software lifecycle.
You have proven experience in leading changes in your group and inspiring your group members to grow and become technical experts in their field.
Great if you have:
- Experience with continuous integration/deployment
- Experience in mobile development
- A deep understanding of testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience in building automation FWs
As an Automation Leader, you will:
- Define Wix’s mobile automation strategy and take an active part in making it happen.
- Continuously analyze existing tools and automation frameworks used by mobile developers and automation engineers.
- Design and implement (hands-on) the next generation of tools and automation frameworks to be used, based on actual needs.
- Be a member of the mobile guild’s management as the owner of all automation aspects and activities.
- Make sure that our automation services across the entire company are effective, seamless and easy to use.
- Act as an automation proactive ambasador, connecting developers , QA and infrastructure teams together.
- Work around React Native code base.
- Be a part of Wix’s innovative culture, which includes proposing, convincing and executing any activity that you find contributes to Wix’s success.
