ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for our first inside salesperson. Our ideal candidate has experience in sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced, digital and remote environment. In this role you will be responsible for following up with inbound leads that have come into our clinics for treatment consultations and converting them through outbound calls and emails.
You are hard-working, comfortable following a sales process and has a history of high-performance constantly exceeding their monthly quota.
In this role you will partner closely with our clinic teams, consistently working to understand patient needs and recommendations based on those.
HOW YOU’LL HAVE IMPACT:
- Grow our business by exceeding the monthly quota of new patient starts
- Lead by example, as the first inside salesperson you will have the opportunity to show the organization what your role can do.
- Built relationship and rapport with potential patients by doing high volume outreach to a book of inbound leads (60+ calls per day)
- Execute on and improve upon sales process by
- Focusing on high-priority leads
- Keeping an active pipeline of leads
- Work cross-functionally with doctor team and clinic staff to ensure we are providing clear recommendations to patients
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 3 years of inside sales experience (preferably in inbound sales)
- You are self-motivated and have a consistent history of over-performance
- You are intrinsically motivated to provide the best experience to our patients and are constantly looking for ways to improve process and drive results.
- Adaptable and flexible - excited to work in an environment that is constantly evolving.
- You are an excellent communicator, regardless of channel (written & verbal) or group of people (both internal and externally).
- You take initiative and are able to identify opportunities and issues, coming up with ways to resolve them. You take action to remove bottlenecks and enjoy working in a fast--paced changing environment.
- Understanding of CRM systems for pipeline management (SFDC preferred)
