How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

Collibra seeks a Vice President of Global Pre-Sales to spearhead our global sales engineering strategy and execution, reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer. This leader will be responsible for accelerating the growth and optimization of our Pre-Sales organization. They will be a strategic member of the sales leadership team, with a strong technical background, and drive outcomes that align with Collibra’s mission, values, and strategic vision.

A day in the life of a Vice President, Global Pre-Sales at Collibra:

You’ll be reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

    Leading a team of 60+ dynamic Pre-Sales Engineers supporting all sales efforts (including field sales, channel and Customer Success) in the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions
    Partnering with sales leadership, customer success leadership and channel leadership to develop SE strategies, ideas and new opportunities to increase global ARR from new and existing customers
    Strategizing with the People team to attract, hire and retain the top Pre-Sales Engineers in the industry as well as maximize utilization through optimal org design and metrics
    Becoming an expert in our category-leading Data Intelligence Platform
    Partnering with other groups (e.g. Professional Services, Support, Product) to help us deliver an outstanding customer experience and continued product development requirements

You Have:

    Experience leading a global team of professional pre-sales and consulting services experience in a complex SaaS and/or PaaS sales process with relationships with the Business leaders (Finance, HR), CDOs, CTO/CIOs and other key stakeholders
    A collaborative mindset that strongly partners with sales in order to grow ARR through a land-and-expand strategy
    Proven track record of managing high-performance teams that exceed performance expectations
    Excellent strategic planning and strategy deployment skills with strong operational and financial acumen
