Job Description

EasyKnock was started in 2017 and has created the first institutionalized residential sale
leaseback prop-tech platform in the world that allows customers access to their equity in their
home. The EasyKnock proprietary platform is a breakthrough in the marketplace. It is
empowering, yet simple — with a global scalability that creates unlimited value. EasyKnock
completed a Series A Capital Raise of $215 million in 2019, and we are continuing our
exponential growth across the country.

EasyKnock’s products and services were created to help millions of Americans trying to access
their home equity. Where traditional lenders just see numbers, we see People. Our B2C Sales
Executive (known as a Homeowner Solutions Specialist) is our direct engagement and
connection to our Customers, and we are excited to be continuing the expansion of our team in
Charlotte, NC. We are building a team of outgoing, savvy, and driven sales professionals.

You will:

  • Connect, engage, and provide value to Homeowners that are our potential Customers.
  • Act in a Consultative Selling capacity by walking your Customer through a residential
    financial real estate transaction.
  • Be the brand ambassador and touch point for EasyKnock products and services.
  • Hold yourself accountable to meet and exceed your targeted performance metrics.
  • Function well in a fast-paced start-up technology work environment.

You have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build/maintain strong professional
    relationships, and to rapidly develop/cultivate relationships (internally and externally).
  • 3+ years of sales experience is preferred with experience in a “hunter” capacity.
  • A desire to help people by engaging in genuine compassion filled conversations.
  • Ability to use technology tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Five9, and Microsoft Office.
  • An outgoing professional personality with the ability to be able to handle objections with persistence and follow through.
  • Self-starter mind set.
  • Familiarity with a variety of sales concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • The ability to multitask and desire to take on additional responsibility.
  • Other key points: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Understanding of residential real estate and financial transactions is preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
