Job Description

Rockbot is looking for a tenured Account Executive with a positive attitude and commitment to win to join our team. You’ll be focused on selling to our enterprise prospects across franchised verticals including restaurants, fitness, and hospitality.

Your entrepreneurial spirit and passion for problem-solving will help identify and close strategic opportunities. You’re a quick learner, self-motivated, and you have a proven track record of selling SaaS to high-value customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge introducing Rockbot to enterprise businesses in all verticals
  • Understand customer challenges and approach each conversation with a consultative approach
  • Oversee the sales cycle from prospect to close and orchestrate / partner with other teams to ensure successful onboarding
  • Top-down and bottom-up selling software to wholly-owned brands and franchise organizations
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive outbound sales efforts
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market
  • Establish & nurture customer relationships to help facilitate account growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a closing role working with Enterprise clients
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience
  • Experience exceeding sales targets, selling a diverse ecosystem of products, and closing complex deals
  • The ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Business development experience (e.g. hunting and cold calling)
  • A collaborative and team player mentality
  • Experience selling to brick-and-mortar chains is a plus (restaurant, retail, hospitality, fitness, etc.)
  • Currently work from home but 10% travel required post-COVID
