Mission
Tenfold Commercial Account Executives will run disciplined, differentiated sales cycles to close revenue from accounts with 3000 employees or less across multiple industries. At present, the role predominantly focuses on converting inbound interest, so the emphasis is on effective discovery, differentiation, and deal management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct effective discovery to understand overall business priorities and how the project connects to them - as well as technical and functional requirements
- Collaborate with solution engineers and other colleagues on demos, technical deep dives, workflow conversations etc - to enable technical and user validation, differentiate Tenfold, and establish us as the preferred solution
- Collaborate with champion at the customer to build and deliver a successful business case
- Run disciplined, rigorous sales cycles focused on value creation, differentiation, and a mutually beneficial relationship
- Own expansion at your closed accounts
- Achieve full-quota on or before your ramp period, then continue to exceed quota
- Demonstrate the highest levels of integrity, thoughtfulness, accountability and rigor in how you manage your business
Competencies:
- Most important - smart, curious, and live life with a genuine learning mentality
- College Degree Required
- Closing experience in technology sales strongly preferred, particularly in SaaS
- Proven track record of success
- Familiarity with and comfort level working within a defined sales methodology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Based in Austin or would have relocate to Austin
