The Role
As Product Manager at Chorus, you will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to define, develop and deliver compelling conversation intelligence products for transactional sales teams. This is a highly visible role that will be critical to the success of our business in one of our fastest growing customer segments.
What You'll Do:
- Own, prioritize and execute on the roadmap for our transactional sales product
- Build a compelling end-to-end conversation intelligence product for transactional sales teams that enables them to understand factors affecting conversion, and scale insights and best practices across their organization
- Partner closely with customers and internal teams such as customer success and sales to deeply understand customer needs and synthesize product feedback
- Define functional requirements, develop detailed product specifications and associated project plans
- Work with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure fast-paced, smooth delivery of features
- Define and track key metrics to measure the success of your productsDrive communication and alignment with key stakeholders
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3+ years of product management or related experience
- Strong empathy for customers and a passion for problem solving
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills and ability to efficiently collect and synthesize customer needs
- General understanding of B2B sales personas as well as common methodologies and processes required
- Knowledge and/or experience specifically in regards to transactional sales teams and processes a strong plus
- Comfort with ambiguity; ability to build compelling products in emerging categories where customer requirements may not be well defined
- Prior experience in sales or adjacent role such as sales engineering a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree required
