Hands on exposure:
- Envisioning product strategy and deliver MVP/ value driven product iterations
- Be a thought leader around what you do (products, vertical & beyond)
- Evangelize product strategy with cross functional leaders and customers
- Actively contribute towards customer webinar, events, analyst briefs & market research
- Contribute towards collaterals – Enablement, Sales, Marketing & Customer Events
- Maintain harmony across - Engineering, UX, Release Management & Solutions Team
- Drive shared strategy as part of Product Management team
- Work with both UX and Development to understand design or technology implications in solution ideas
Ideal candidate would have:
- 12-17 years of overall experience
- 5-7 years of experience working as Product Manager
- Experience launching products to market (Ideation to Launch & Positioning)
- Significant contribution driving Product Strategy & delivering Roadmap
- Ready to be part of Learn-Embrace-Lead as well as manage IC responsibilities
- Working knowledge of one of more solutions - SAAS, Cloud, ERP & CRM products
- Experience building REST/SOAP API based integration solutions in both cloud and hybrid
- Engineering background and MBA is preferred
