Job Description

Resolves customer query / complaints / problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unresolved problems

Minimum 6 month customer service (inbound Exp.), Fresher with great communication are also welcome.

Vacant positions as per languages

-Kannada+Hindi+Marathi = 15

The candidate should have a Laptop / Desktop. Broadband connection.

He or she should be comfortable with WFH setup.

Good communication, convincing skills, Patience.
