We've got some of the most engaged customers in the business, and we are building a sales team that reflects our customer focus and our mission. You'll report to our Head of Sales, and be a part of shaping our sales strategy. We have a great comp package with uncapped bonus potential. 

You will:

• Follow up and qualify leads from demo requests, promotions, events and other marketing and sales activities
• Contact potential customers by email and phone to promote TapRecruit
• Record all lead activities in our CRM
• Prospect for new clients/lead generation
• Discover new target markets and implement outbound campaigns

You have:

• 1+ year SaaS sales, or account management experience
• 1+ year SaaS lead development or lead generation experience preferred, but we are open to non-traditional backgrounds
• Sales training and CRM experience is preferred
• Familiarity with any major applicant tracking system or HrTech is useful
• Work authorization in the United States
