As a trusted member of this team, you will work cross functionally and across our 10 markets, helping drive execution and progress.
The role will involve:
Data-driven insight: Provide analytical, data-driven insight to support decision makers inside and outside Deliveroo; Understand underlying drivers of performance
Analytical rigour: Structure and process data to identify key opportunity areas and outliers, and visualise the analysis in a digestible manner
Operational improvement: Conduct detailed analysis to understand where each partner can improve their operations. Translating this into actionable insights and working with them to deliver best-in-class service to our (and their) customers
Influencing to action: Deliver crisp compelling communications and stakeholder engagement to move stakeholders at all levels to action
Project management and execution: Set clear plans and scalable processes to achieve milestones and support local account managers in achieving those goals; Build structured reporting and overall robust process around account management and partner success
Account and relationship management: Building strong relationships across the portfolio, and up to C Level with each restaurant partner. This involves developing a deep understanding of the needs of each partner, and ensuring that we are providing the appropriate levers to support them
Cross team collaboration: Champion the priorities of our partners when working with both local and central teams to ensure we are providing the best service and value across product, marketing and operations
Requirements
Results oriented, eye for detail, data-driven and structured
Experience influencing stakeholders at various levels and working cross-functionally
Advanced SQL, Excel and PowerPoint skills
2+ yrs of data analysis in an analytical, strategic or commercial role
Strong communication and presentation skills
Understanding of or experience in the restaurant industry, particularly operations, a plus
Appetite to work in a fast paced and hands on environment
