Job Description

Mad Street Den® is looking for atimeline-focused Hiring Associate with 1-2 years of experience who can source,screen, and place the best possible candidates for our highly technical,non-technical, and niche job openings. If you are extremely organized with akeen eye for spotting talent and a passion for research and collaboration, itis you we are looking for! Skills we need:

  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify upcoming job openings and subsequent requirements
  • Writing clear, crisp job descriptions and posting them across job boards and social media platforms
  • Building a pipeline of competent candidates from independent sourcing/scouting and the applications received through the job portals
  • Consistently maintaining a pool of most suitable candidates for round-the-year vacancies
  • Arranging and coordinating telephone/Hangouts/in-person interviews with the team and the candidates
  • Interviewing candidates with a combination of different methods like structured interviews, technical assessments, behavioral tests, and other innovative hiring methods
  • Closing job openings within given timelines 
  • Seeing end-to-end hiring process to fruition - from interview to offer roll-out
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders like Hiring Managers, Hiring Vendors, Screening/Interview team
  • Promoting the ‘Mad Street Den’ brand through personalized emails, LinkedIn and other social media platforms through targeted hiring campaigns

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a recruiter; experience working in B2B companies is preferred
  • Ability to process and implement feedback swiftly
  • Be passionate and proud about your role and continuously bring in creativity and innovation to what you do daily
  • Hands-on experience in closing technical and non-technical positions and a solid understanding of all the nuances that set each vacancy apart
  • Strong networking skills and LinkedIn presence 
  • Experience in utilizing social media platforms like LinkedIn, and Facebook as recruitment platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills
  • Extraordinary organization and follow-up skills (take our word that you will need this skill on a daily basis!)
  • Ability to multitask with precision
  • Good understanding of best practices in HR and Labor laws
  • Preferred: Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources
