WHO YOU ARE
Artemis Health is looking for a Health Management Consultant to support both our customers and our internal teams in their critical decisions and direction. You will translate Artemis methodology and data into meaningful conclusions for our customers, aid the customer success team in developing clinical strategies with key accounts and help the product team build clinically and analytically sound methodology. You are a collaborative and proactive individual who works cross-functionally with ease, and will be the point person for all internal and external clinical questions and support.

You Will

    • As part of our Clinical Analytics team, assist in the development of analytic methodologies and reporting to help our customers control healthcare costs, improve health outcomes and improve employee engagement and productivity.
    • Lead clinical consulting engagements with key customers, and work with our Customer Success team to develop and execute upon strategies to help our customers control healthcare costs, improve health outcomes and improve employee engagement and productivity.
    • Support customer calls as needed, explaining both possible solutions as well as underlying analytical methodologies, and ensuring that customers feel valued.
    • Evaluate population health management solutions, such as telemedicine, condition management vendors, mobile health technology, etc.
    • On occasion, lead webinars around healthcare topics and speak at health & benefits industry conferences.
    • Support Marketing team in the development of materials around current population health topics.

You Bring

    • BSN, ARNP or DNP with clinical and data/analytics experience
    • 5-10 years delivering clinical consulting services 
    • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership in an organization
    • Strong knowledge of group health benefit design
    • Familiarity with risk adjustment, episodes of care, and other industry methodologies
    • Knowledge of data privacy standards and HIPAA requirements
    • Proficiency with web-based applications, and aptitude to learn Artemis application
