Job Description
To support our rapid growth, we are seeking talented, motivated engineers to join our office in Chandigarh. You need to be hands-on with database programming and will be working with other experienced engineers to implement and manage our 24x7 production support. You will have the opportunity to work with a smart, talented team of developers and quality assurance engineers on the Finxera application, using the latest web technologies.We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can learn quickly, grow with the company, and look forward to the challenge of delighting our customers and building our business.
Responsibilities
- Level 3 Support.
- Monitoring production environment and ensure smooth functioning
- Work under strict timelines and multi-task to resolve production issues.
- Troubleshoot database issues and maintain database systems availability and scalability.
- Communicate with internal and external teams to provide updates and RCAs for any issues.
- Ensure all the system reports are delivered in a timely manner.
- Setup a strong infrastructure monitoring and alerting system.
Qualifications/Criteria's
- **Strong academics with a minimum of 70% or above through Senior Secondary.
- Strong programming, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MySQL and No SQL database a big plus.
- Ability to learn quickly and independently, strong team player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work constructively with developers, QA, Project managers and Management towards a common goal
- High motivation and desire to do whatever it takes to help the customer and our company succeed
- A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
