A Day in the Life
This is a full-time, entry level position that involves a set of named accounts which require expertise in project management, relationship management, and customer satisfaction. Core responsibilities include expertise in project management and the ability to learn/adapt quickly to this new role. In addition, managing vital client relationships, extending to each event’s exhibitors and sponsors for named accounts, is paramount. The account manager is ultimately accountable for account satisfaction.
This person will be responsible for clients in both our mobile app and virtual event product lines.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Sound public speaking and presentation skills. Proficiency with presentation software is required (e.g... Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, etc...)
- Demonstrates proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software (e.g... Microsoft Excel/Word, Apple Numbers/Pages, etc...)
- Can manipulate simple graphics using graphics editing software (e.g... Pixelmator, Photoshop, Gimp)
- Can coordinate project requirements between event organizer, exhibitors, sponsors, internal operations, and fellow project managers to deliver contracted items
- Collecting & loading graphics, documents, and videos, as needed
- Provides a high level of customer service and support to establish long term relationships with clients. We want:
- The client to feel that Community Brands is the easiest vendor to work with
- The client to love your work so much as to think you are on their team
- Trains the event organizer on using the app and our content management system
- routinely completes quality assurance assigned by account executive
- Will troubleshoot the Community Brands’ software problems/issues and coordinate resolutions
- can utilize marketing tools to drive your accounts’ success
- Will become proficient in Community Brands’ business management tools
- Works harder while getting smarter
We’ll see it as a bonus if you also bring:
- Must have an office with a door or other like quiet space
- College Degree or 5 years non-retail customer service experience
