Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
1. Research target market segments and liaise with product managers for the purpose of ensuring that the products of the business offers something to each demographic.
2. Support the development of local marketing strategies via your in depth market data analysis and insights.
3. Evaluate and forecast impact of product features on creators, viewers, and the entire SHOPLINE ecosystem
4. Assist and advise on the identification and documentation of high-level business requirements and use cases for products or features
5. Research and clarify business requirements and rules throughout the development phase of a new product or feature
6. Make concrete and comprehensive forecasts of projected costs of new products. Costs inclusive of everything from development costs, research costs, development costs and marketing costs, etc.
7. Dive deep into the data to understand how creator and viewer behaviors change with the evolution of our product
8. Work hand-in-hand with business, product, engineering, and design to influence and inform teammates’ decisions throughout the product life cycle.
9. Deliver effective presentations to different stakeholders internally to convey the value of feature or product launches with the right and targeted messaging
10. Set the right beta launch metrics for business and product teams at initial feature and product launches, and help in defining the right metrics for full scale roll outs
What we are looking for:
1. 3-5 years of proven experience in a product marketing analyst, product management or data science environment
2. Candidate with E-Commerce / Social Commerce /Saas experience strongly preferred.
3. Strong business acumen, hands-on, possess solid critical thinking and analytical skills.
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy working environment.
Great time management skills, strong prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Possess great communication skills and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
6. Highly proficient in spoken and written English & Mandarin (Putonghua).
