Job Description
Perform product installations and training at customer sites
· Provide post-sales customer support including troubleshooting and basic maintenance
· Develop technical and training documentation
· Interface with Sales to ensure that the technical services for each customer are defined and met
· Interface with product development teams to help define customer requirements
Required Skills:
· Installation, optimization, and use of LC-MS and/or CE-MS laboratory systems
· Basic LC-MS and/or CE-MS applications development with biological systems
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Excellent communication / interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Education and Experience:
· B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
· 5 – 10 years of relevant experience
Other Requirements:
· Willingness to travel 60 – 75% of time, both domestic (largely west coast) and occasionally internationally
