Drip Capital is using technology to re-build core parts of the international trade finance infrastructure and make the underwriting and financing of international B2B transactions seamless for small businesses. Job Description

Drip has launched a new business line, and is looking for an analytical, driven and articulate individual to help drive this initiative. You’ll work directly with the founders / CEO on an important priority for the company. You’ll have the opportunity to work with customers, employees and partners across globe – in Asia, Latin America and the U.S. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on a new initiative while drawing on the existing resources at Drip across marketing, engineering and product.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the launch of a new business line for Drip
  • Acquire the initial 30-50 small business customers through marketing, sales and BD efforts
  • Drive customer level research by speaking with prospects, iterating on requirements and executing on marketing strategies
  • Work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, product and finance to develop product roadmap, sales strategy and operations
  • Define product and risk management features and have them implemented across core product
  • Work directly with the founder / CEO


  • Up to 2 years of management consulting, business operations, business development at a company. Experience at a technology startup a plus. Also open to strong undergraduates.
  • Interest in developing the first BD pipeline for new business line. Sourcing, identifying and closing prospects.
  • Strong desire to be in an execution-oriented role where you have to wear multiple hats (sales, marketing, product, risk)
  • Self-starter who can work autonomously in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Quick learner, scrappy, resourceful and humble
  • Eager to hustle and close new business opportunities
  • Interested in building a global business and helping SMBs in emerging countries.
  • Role will be based in Palo Alto, CA
