Our team is lead by repeat founders and is backed by leading VC firms like Founders Fund, Felicis and General Catalyst. We're growing quickly and are looking for passionate people to join our San Francisco based team.

The Opportunity

We're looking for our first SDR to drive outbound sales to new customers (all sales have been driven by the CEO to date). This is an opportunity to join an early, but well-funded and experienced team while working directly with the CEO.

You'll start out generating qualified leads with the hope that you'll transition to an AE in the first 6-12 months with the company. This is an ideal role if you'd like to one day run your own company or be a VP of sales as you'll be building alongside experienced execs and founders from Day 1.

You will

  • Identify new prospects and come up with creative ways to get in contact with them
  • Drive the first contact with prospects for both inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
  • Own initial relationships with prospects and explain the value in Origin's financial wellness solution
  • Qualify prospects into opportunities
  • Work with the CEO to establish goals and KPIs

You're a perfect fit if

  • You've demonstrated excellence as an SDR for at least 6 months.
  • You aren't scare of picking up the phone or putting yourself out there.
  • You're organized and can execute/improve a structured process.
  • You are familiar with a modern software sales stack.
  • You're a hustler (e.g. move fast, work hard and are resilient). This will not be easy, but that doesn't scare you.
