We are looking for a seasoned Growth Partner Manager to join our team in New York.

Responsibilities

        Establish clear growth & retention goals and process milestones for the partner to work towards
        Assist our partner merchants as needed with setting up and navigating marketing tools, data dashboards, or any other software that will allow them to grow and succeed on Goldbelly
        Seek to promote the value of tour platform and navigating programs that we offer on a case by case basis
        Review complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the partner experience with Goldbelly
        Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services that Goldbelly offers and assist clients with questions and suggest the best products for their needs
        Pre-empt problems before they happen and collaborate with the BD, Operations, CS & Tech teams in solving their issues
        Track and analyze KPIs for each partner and focus on correcting problem ones while promoting success of those who are achieving their goals

Qualifications

        4-8 years of experience in customer success for enterprise products or agency marketing position (marketing as a service preferred)
        Experience working with brands and promoting value through performance driven programs
        Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships, especially with those who aren't as tech savvy.
        Accountability and personal organization are essential
        Experience in managing a diverse group of accounts and interacting with a wide range of enterprise clients
        Ability to establish milestones and keep other team members accountable to your tasks
        Can be aggressive and demanding when necessary to get the job done
        Ability to understand complex offerings and tailor programs to the needs of each particular account
        Familiarity with web development and site creation is a plus
        Comfortability with Google suite of tools & Facebook tools is a plus
