Kandou is seeking to fill a senior level position in design and modelling of custom analogue designs, specifically in very high-speed transceivers in advanced technology nodes.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop block level specifications and modelling of very high-speed analogue circuits.
- Design and verification of very high-speed analogue circuits.
- Support and interact with customers on requirements, design specifications, performance results and product delivery.
- Support IP and chip level integration.
- Manage workload and keep schedules.
- Proven track record in technical leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in making technical presentations to customers.
Your Likely Profile
- 10+ years of experience in analogue design of key circuits in multi-gigabit serial data-link transceivers or RF multi tone designs, equalizers, clock generators, clock and data recovery circuits, output drivers, samplers, etc.
- Expertise in design and layout of high-speed circuits such as amplifiers, oscillators, phase-locked loops, delay-locked loops, and other fundamental building blocks like biasing, buffers, regulators, filters, data converters, etc.
- Experience in modern semiconductor process technologies including 28nm, 14/16nm or 7nm nodes.
- Understanding of layout approaches and techniques for high speed circuits, matching constraints and minimization of parasitic.
- Advanced user of EDA tool for design and verification, preferably Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre/HSpice, Calibre/PVS DRC/LVS, parasitic extraction and modelling, EM and IR drop tools, ESD, etc.
- Experience in high-level modelling, top-level simulations, SI and PI.
- Self-motivated, with strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Good communicator and team player.
- Exposure to external customers.
Masters or Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering or other relevant fields
