About the Role
 
We're looking for experienced customer solutions engineers who are looking to work on cutting-edge technology alongside a group of talented engineers in our Beijing office!

What you'll do if you join us

    • Work with Customer Success team to drive the customization, integration and deployment of customer solutions
    • Maintain continuous communication with customers and effectively manage their expectations
    • Identify and troubleshoot integration- and deployment-related issues in public or private cloud environment
    • Build technical proficiency of Clinc products and understanding competitive landscape to navigate discussions about competitive solutions
    • Participate in virtual and onsite customer project meetings and trainings
    • Provide architectural guidance to best translate business objectives and requirements to customizable configurations of our solutions
    • Leverage insights gained in customer projects to develop playbooks and training materials, and enhance the product to drive scalable and repeatable implementations
    • Foster effective workstream with other teams at Clinc to advocate customer feature requests and drive product roadmaps

What you should bring to the table

    • BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
    • Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages on UNIX/Linux-based environment
    • Excellent written and oral business communication
    • Ability to drive customer projects end-to-end from planning to implementation leveraging strong technical skills
    • Project management skills

What will make you stand out from everyone else

    • 4+ years of software development experience in Python
    • 4+ years of experience working on UNIX/Linux-based environment
    • Experience with Docker-based containerization and Docker orchestration software
    • Understanding of technologies such as load balancing, computer networks, operating system internals, relational DBMS and SQL programming
