Job Description

Rightway Healthcare was founded in early 2017 by a team of dedicated healthcare, business and technology leaders. We combine a high-tech consumer portal with a high-touch dedicated concierge environment to provide consumers with the same level of support and guidance they would receive if they had a doctor in the family. Rightway works with employers from 100 – 25,000 employees to provide an ecosystem of healthcare navigation for employees. It is headquartered out of New York City, with new offices in Hudson Yards.
  • Work Schedule - 8:00am – 5:00pm or 11:00am – 8:00pm
  • Schedules and follows-up on doctors’ appointments and other ancillary support services.
  • Prepares care plans with high quality providers, price transparency, and educational materials relevant to the member’s request.
  • Answers benefits questions; ensures members understand their shared financial responsibility regarding deductibles, coinsurance, and out of pocket maximum.
  • Provides price transparency for imaging tests, laboratory tests, procedures, doctor’s consultations, and medications.
  • Teaches members how to use the Rightway application, engaging them to sign up and use the services.
  • Screens phone calls and directs members to the appropriate care pod.

  • Qualifications
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Four-year college degree preferred but not required
